All sales are final; we do not accept returns or exchanges. Refunds or replacements are only offered if an item arrives damaged or if the incorrect item was sent.

Refunds OR replacements are only offered if an item arrives damaged or if the incorrect item was sent.

Proof of damage may include issues such as broken wire, broken beads, or other structural damage, and clear photos are required.

Product photos are taken to represent each piece as accurately as possible. However, slight color variations may occur due to lighting, photography, and differences in screen displays. Variations such as a bead appearing slightly lighter, darker, or more vibrant than shown in photos do not qualify as an incorrect item and are not eligible for refunds or returns.
